Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape under your arms and level across your back.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where you normally wear your trousers.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Foot length: Measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.
